Terms and Conditions of Classic GT Occasions Car Hire

The following are Classic GT Occasions terms and conditions of car hire:

  • A minimum charge of 2 hours per car hire.
  • Tentative bookings are held for 7 days.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cheque payments must be received 14 days prior to the event. Any payment made within 14 days of the event must be paid in cash.
  • Overtime is charged at the hourly rate or ¼ thereof, must be paid in cash on the day.
  • No smoking, drinking or eating permitted in or in close proximity of the cars.
  • Please do not lean/sit or mistreat cars in any way to avoid possible termination of hire with no refund.
  • In the unforeseen event of an accident, theft or breakdown the replacement car used would depend on car type/make availability and time frame at no cost to the client.
  • Due to security reasons all drivers will be accompanied by a colleague during late night getaways.
  • Cars do not travel on dirt tracks or loose stone surfaces.
  • All care will be taken at all times by Classic GT Occasions but no responsibility will be accepted.
